Platform Engagement

1.1 Service create

AbroPay Global provides enterprise-grade settlement infrastructure, including organization management, order processing, and payment verification services. By accessing the platform, users agree to comply with all operational guidelines and security mandates.

1.2 Authorization & Access Control

Access is granted via role-based credentials. Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication factors. Any unauthorized access resulting from credential compromise must be reported to AbroPay security operations immediately.

Settlement Operations

2.1 Transaction Integrity

All payment settlements processed through the network are subject to real-time verification algorithms. AbroPay reserves the right to suspend or audit transactions that trigger risk-based security flags or compliance anomalies.

2.2 Currency & Fiscal Parameters

Platform operations are primarily conducted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). Processing fees, settlement windows, and liquidity requirements are defined in the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed by your organization.

Intellectual Property

The AbroPay brand, the Command Center interface, our proprietary settlement algorithms, and all related technical documentation are the exclusive property of AbroPay Global. Unauthorized reverse engineering, replication of the API infrastructure, or use of platform assets outside of authorized operational parameters is strictly prohibited.

Liability Framework

AbroPay Global provides infrastructure on an "as-available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target for our settlement nodes, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from inter-node latency, external telecommunications failures, or Force Majeure events as defined in the master service agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AbroPay Global is registered. Any disputes arising from the use of this infrastructure shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.
